Vinimaya was born out of Vidhya Subramanian’s Master's Thesis titled Sringara and Bhakti – relationship and reciprocity. Over the years the foundation set in this thesis research found its way into Vidhya’s dancing as a way to understand the intertwined nature of Sringara and Bhakti. Vinimaya is an ongoing journey in dance, depicting the reciprocity between Sringara and Bhakti, a reciprocity that is generous and evolving.
