Premiered in 2012, Natya & Narration is a collaborative presentation of short stories, personal essays and poems through narrative expression and dance. The presentation melds dance and literature united under the interpretive theme of REBELution. REBELution is an amalgam of rebellion and revolution; it's a state of mind, a narrative of conflict, an expression of angst, an internal or external collision. It is disquietude, upheaval or disturbance. It's a rising up against, a rejection of the established and the embrace of new power. Simply put, it's a renewal.
